If you are under 18 years of age you must first complete the following before booking your road test:

    Finish Driver's Ed. ( 30 hours of class, 12 driving hours, 6 observation
          hours, and the parent class)
    40 driving hours with a parent or guardian.
    Permit for at least 6 months accident and incident free.
    Verified completion of Driver's Ed by visiting the RMV website. link is
          located above.
    Practice.

 
The day of the road test you must have the following: 
    Legible permit.
    Road test application completed. (If you are under 18 you must have this
          signed by a parent or guardian) Link for this form is above.
    Sponsor. (requirements: at least 21yrs - valid license - at least 1yr of
          experience).
    Acceptable vehicle. (see the RMV website for acceptable vehicles).
    Proof of insurance if the vehicle is registered out of state.

 
Taking the road test with us? You will need:
    Legible permit.
    Road test application completed. (If you are under 18 you must have this
          signed by a parent or guardian) Link for this form is above.
    We are the sponsor for your test, so you do not need one.
    The proper $ amount for just using our vehicle or doing a brush up
          lesson prior. This payment is in the form of cash not check. Payable
          on the day of the test.
    This dollar amount does NOT include the RMV licensing fees which
          are separate.
    We take you to the test and home again. We can't wait for the issuing
          of the license which happens after you pass the test.
